Of the more than 250 global mining and metals executives surveyed, 63% rated License to Operate the greatest risk, for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n<p>Greater pressure to respect Indigenous rights and native title, as well as resource nationalism, will make it harder to obtain LTO.<\/p>\n<p>Geopolitics and volatility are new to the rankings this year, joining last year\u2019s prescient newcomer, high-impact risks.
